   Cash Flow Feedback: I think you would be able to buy at more reasonable prices if you did not go to a “good” website for people to post these notes for sale. If you placed an ad somewhere rather than responding to an ad that they posted. Of course you would want to judge each note and see for yourself what the true value is–rating the credit of the cash flow, the asset that backs it up (if any) and more.

   I would guess that a lot of these people may be older and not as internet savy as most other people. They may be contacting their lawyers, bankers, stock brokers and such for advice on how to sell them. I would check with these people for leads.

   Cash Flow Feedback: Another good question is whether you are an actual investor with money to lend or whether you are a notefinder?

   There are a lot notefinders out there just trying to find investors with money. I know because I am a notefinder. There are people out there that need to sell their notes and sometimes it’s just a lot of work to find them. There are many strategies to find notes for sale, but persistence is key.
